This High quality NTC 100K B3950 thermistor comes with as a Brass M3 Screw attachment package and a quick-release Molex-50-57-94 connector. It also includes 1M of wire with a Molex-50-57-94 connector on one end and a JST-XH on the other. A 2 Pin DuPont Connector with heat-shrinking is also provided for your convenience.

This is perfect for CR10 and similar heat-blocks that have a M3 Screw that retains a glass thermistor. Remove the screw and the old thermistor and screw this in it's place! So simple!
