The unique coating on the nozzles makes them at least 5 times more wear resistant than our popular ObXidian range!Users will get exceptional wear-resistance that effortlessly outshines other hardened nozzles. This long-lasting, simple upgrade allows you to easily achieve pristine prints with ANY filament over and over again!
High Flow. The innovative 4 channel internal nozzle modification of this HotEnd significantly improves heat transfer through the filament and allows you to boost your volumetric flow rate by over 60%! That means you can expect more reliable and consistent extrusion at the same speeds or bump up the volumetric flow rate limit in the slicer to utilise the motion systems' capabilities fully.
High quality at high speed. High-speed printing often sacrifices visual and functional aspects in favour of speed but these HotEnds maintain interlayer adhesion strength even at higher speeds; resulting in the perfect filament finish and strong parts for functional applications.
Long lifespan nozzles E3D's ObXiDian 500 technology significantly extends nozzle life by making the primary wear points on the nozzle several orders of magnitude more wear-resistant than other steel nozzles on the market. Better for your pocket, and the planet.
