The Prusa MK4S Satin Powder-coated Print Sheet is a double-sided powder-coated Satin spring steel sheet compatible with: 

MMU2MMU3MK2MK2/SMK2.5/SMK3/SMK3/S+MK3.9MK4/S

Our Hotend PTFE Tube (MK3S+, MMU2S) is the replacement hotend PTFE tube

• ONLY compatible with the MK3S+ and MK3S+ with MMU2S hotends
• NOT compatible with the MK2.5, MK3, MK3S hotends

The Original Prusa MK3 to MK4S Upgrade Kit is the full upgrade that also contains the MK4’s new X/Y precise motors (400 steps, 0.9°per step). It’s the most expensive of all three, but last time you voiced your interest in a full MK2->MK3 upgrade pretty strongly, so we decided to give you a full MK4 upgrade as well. :-)
