Printing Requirements & Disclaimer
This PEEK filament is intended exclusively for advanced users operating industrial‑grade FFF/FDM 3D printing systems. Due to the extreme processing requirements of PEEK, standard desktop or unenclosed 3D printers are not suitable for this material.
Successful printing requires:
- Extrusion temperatures of 390–430 °C
- A high‑temperature hotend rated for continuous operation above 400 °C
- An actively heated build chamber (recommended ~90-150 °C)
- Hardened, high‑temperature‑resistant nozzle and motion components
- Controlled cooling and environmental stability
