A material developed by eSUN and LUVOCOM, greatly enhances the strength, rigidity and toughness of nylon. Due to it's low water absorption rate it's less affected by humidity and temperature when printing parts. It's self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties make it suitable for printing gears. It has a high temperature resistance with continuous temperature of parts can reach 120℃ and short-term use temperature can reach 160℃. It's surface resistance is less than 102Ω and can be used as a conductive and antistatic material. It has low shrinkage making it less susceptible to warping and cracking during printing.  The printing surface finish is stunning.

Printing Guidelines

  • Stainless steel/hardened nozzle is needed as this material is abrasive.
  • Material should be dried before use; 70c
  • Print Hot-end temperature: 260~290c
  • Print Bed temperature: 70-90c
  • Print Speed: 40~100 mm/s
