A material developed by eSUN and LUVOCOM based on PA12, added with 15% carbon fiber to greatly enhances the strength, rigidity and toughness of nylon. This material can be used as a substitute for metal in many occasions! Due to it's low water absorption rate it's less affected by humidity and temperature when printing parts. It's self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties make it suitable for printing gears. It has a high temperature resistance with continuous temperature of parts can reach 120℃ and short-term use temperature can reach 160℃. It's surface resistance is less than 102Ω and can be used as a conductive and antistatic material. It has low shrinkage making it less susceptible to warping and cracking during printing. The printing surface finish is matte and stunning.
