iSANMATE PA12-CF Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon is a high-performance 3D Printing filament. It offers High Strength & Rigidity, excellent Heat Resistance, is lightweight and durable. This material is perfect for industrial, aerospace and automotive applications.
It has a high temperature resistance with continuous temperature of parts can reach 110℃ and short-term use temperature can reach 195℃. It has low shrinkage making it less susceptible to warping and cracking during printing. The printing surface finish is matte and stunning.
Printing Guidelines
Nylon is highly hygroscopic, please ensure the material is thoroughly dried before printing and is stored in an Air-tight container with moisture absorbent material such as desiccant.
A hardened nozzle is required as this material is abrasive.
